We want you to be completely satisfied with your compression socks. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
30-Day Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, your compression socks must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. Include photos of the unused items. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible items). Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Exceptions
The following items are non-refundable:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Orders placed during clearance or final sale events
- Custom or personalized orders
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Contact to arrange your exchange.
